Try browsing by subject... generally there are three posts for each rank: items, modules and the walkthrough. It might be clearer when all three are on the screen at the same time.
But of course, it's all about My Lego Network, so it's a tangled maze!

Ribbons aren't mailable so you have to win them yourself.
Try joining the Active Users Club. There'll be other players looking to race on tracks there.

You may need to use Race Track 1 because it will win 1 victory ribbon every time someone loses.
So then say your buddy goes and loses 10 times, you win 10 victory ribbons,then others come and lose
in total 50 times, you win 50 victory ribbons. If you don't want to do this you don't have to.
