Ask Networkers for Loops! They won't always send one, but it doesn't hurt to try.
Send them a message with the category set to "For Networkers", and select "I wanna Rock!".

Hi Jevej, of course that's the hard question! Vocal 2 doesn't appear on any networkers home page, so perhaps it is sent by mail after friending a certain networker?... Not so far up to rank 5, but perhaps a higher rank networker?

I got Vocal 2 from Whenua's page. I'm not sure if it's possible to find him before you convert your old Club page and get the Kanoka badge.

That would be cheating. Do you have a Phantoka set? Enter the code from the back of the canister to the B.I.O. Codes Page. But if you want one, use this: IGA362. (I'm not really sure if it works, but it's worth a try.)
