The ingredient list for the Royal Hive Queen Masterpiece:
- 10 worker bees
- 10 red flowers
- 50 honey pots
- 1 drone bee
To Get Red LEGO Bricks:
- follow the information on Getting Red Bricks Quickly.
To Get Worker Bees:
- build 5 apples (cost 5 red bricks)
- use apples to buy mason jar blueprint @ Henrietta's page
- build 2 mason jars (cost 6 red bricks)
- use mason jars to buy worker bee blueprint @ Bee Keeper Bill's page
To Get Red Flowers:
- build 1 worker bee (cost 4 red bricks)
- send the bee to Flora to get Flower Patch blueprint
- build Flower Patch (cost 15 red bricks)
- Red Flowers will grow at 5/day and 1 will appear every time someone converts a worker bee to pollinated bee on your Flower Patch.
To Get Honey Pots:
- build 1 mason jar (cost 3 red bricks)
- use 1 mason jar and a red flower to build a potted plant
- send the plant to Bee Keeper Bill to get Hive Module blueprint
- build 3 worker bees (cost 12 red bricks)
- use bees plus more bricks to build Hive Module (cost 20 red bricks)
- build 1 mason jar and 1 worker bee (cost 7 red bricks)
- convert worker bee into pollinated bee by clicking on someone's Flower Patch
- use jar and bee to setup Hive Module
- wait two days before harvesting because it will cost to setup again. Hive will produce 10 honey pots per day to a maximum of 20 honey pots per harvest.
To Get a Drone Bee:
- send red flower to BartleBee to get Bee Battle Module blueprint
- build Bee Battle Module (cost 10 red bricks, 5 red flowers, 1 honey pot)
- build 1 worker bee (cost 4 red bricks)
- use worker bee to setup Bee Battle Module
- after someone battles, click the down-arrow button on the module to collect the Drone Bee blueprint
- build Drone Bee (cost 25 red bricks)
To Get the Royal Hive Queen Masterpiece:
- buy the masterpiece blueprint at Bee Keeper Bill's page for 20 Honey Pots.
That's it! Build the Masterpiece. (ingredients listed at top of post)
Total red brick cost = nearly 100 red bricks!

Hey, no worries! Thanks for letting me know about the missing info. It's a work-in-progress, so whenever you find something's missing, please let me know and I'll post an update!
An other way to gain honey pots fast is to build the bee battle module rank 2. You can gain it by:
first: send an apple pie to Henrietta. She will give you the honey pie blueprint in change.
second: send a honey pie to her. She will then give you an Apple butter blueprint this time.
third: send Apple butter to Bee Keeper Bill, and he will give you the better bee blueprint.
fourth: buy the battle bee module rank 2 at Bartlebee's page.
It costs a better bee to set up(8 red bricks) and when someone battles it, you have a change of getting 12 honey pots in return. And if you have a nice friend, ask him to send the honey to you if he wins(10 honey pots). He might do that if he is a good friend.
